নিজের পরিবারকে ছেড়ে থাকতে পারছে না রুপা। রুপার ইচ্ছে হচ্ছে সেনগুপ্ত বাড়িতে থাকতে নিজের বাবার ভালোবাসা পেতে। ও দিকে সূর্যেরও তো একটা রুপার  উপরে টান আছেই । আর সেই টানেই সূর্য বার বার দিপার বাড়িতে ছুটে আসে। কিন্তু আজ যখন রথযাত্রার পরে সকলে যে যার মতো আবারো ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়লো সূর্যের মনটা কোনো ভাবেই স্থির হলো না। সূর্যের মনটা বাড়িতে বসছে না।বার বার রুপার কাছে আসতে ইচ্ছে করছে। এ দিকে রুপার ও তো একি সমস্যা।
